Unless otherwise agreed in writing the following conditions of sale shall be deemed to be incorporated as conditions of any contract of sale entered into by FLOWSOURCE Process Pipeline Components (hereinafter Called “the company”). The customer’s terms and conditions shall only be incorporated into the contract if:

i) They are not inconsistent with the company’s Conditions of Sale, and

ii) They have been accepted by the company in writing.


a) Accounts will be opened at the discretion of the company.

b) The customer shall pay for the goods by the last day of the month following that which the goods were supplied in. Payment by this date will be nett monthly account, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

c) A maximum amount of credit allowable will be applied to each account and the company reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities when any account exceeds this limit.

d) The company reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities on all overdue accounts.

e) All goods and materials supplied by the company will remain the company’s property until payment is received in full for all accounts owing to the company by the customer. All such goods and materials are at the sole risk of the customer and in the event of goods and materials becoming damaged, destroyed or lost after delivery, by the customer the company is entitled to receive full payment for the said goods.


a) Typing and clerical errors are subject to correction.

b) All prices quoted are subject to “price ruling at date of supply” unless otherwise stated in writing.

c) Any revision in quoted prices will be made and be effective without prior notice to the customer.

d) The company reserves the right to charge the customer for additional cost incurred in obtaining or supplying the goods where these occur as a direct result of the customer’s instructions or where they could not have, reasonably, been foreseen at the point of quotation.


a) The company reserves the right to charge the customer for all costs incurred on cancelled orders.

b) The time and date of delivery will not be of the essence unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

c) In the absence of written information to the contrary the customers instructions will be the sole basis for manufacture and supply.

d) The company will be under no liability to the customer in respect to any loss or defects in goods supplied nor will it be responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss of any kind attributable to defects in such goods and the customer will keep the company indemnified against any such claim or demand arising from any such injury, damage or loss.

e) When delivery takes place at the customer’s premises, the company or carrier, as the case may be, shall not be under any obligation to provide any plant, power or labour which in addition to the company’s or carrier’s staff is required for loading and unloading at such premises. Any assistance given beyond the usual place of collection or delivery will be at the sole risk and expense of the customer who will Keep the company indemnified against any action, claim or demand which could not have been made if such assistance had not been given.


The customer, if rejecting any goods, will specify the reason therefore and will forthwith return the rejected goods to the company at the customers expense unless it has been agreed in writing by both parties or the replacement or repair will be carried out at the customers premises. Fittings supplied cannot be returned for credit without written permission from the company. A handling charge of 25% will be applied to the value of returned goods. Specially manufactured and non-stock items will not be considered for return or credit.


a) The customer will, within fourteen days of receipt, notify the company in writing of any shortage or damage to goods supplied.

b) The customer will insure that a duly authorised person is in attendance to receive goods being delivered and that they will sign for such goods.

c) It will be deemed that, where a customer fails to comply with both 1 & 2 above, all goods have been received and are the correct amount and in good condition.


a) Whilst every effort has been made to verify the correctness of the information and data herein, the company cannot be held responsible any inaccuracies.

b) The company reserves the right to change the dimensions, geometry, manufacture & design of products without notice.

c) In order to maintain product quality & continuity of supply; the company reserves the right to substitute catalogued products with a replacement of equal quality. These replacements, however, may differ in style or dimension from the products contained in the catalogue.
